George brings more than 30 years of watchmaking experience to your repair. His Omega authorization certificates are displayed in our Parker showroom. Talk with him about a watch that has stopped, an heirloom you want to wear again, or care for a new purchase.

Mail-In Watch Repair
Send photos and describe the problem before shipping. We’ll review your request, provide instructions when inspection is appropriate, and quote the work after examining the watch.
After inspection, quote approval, and payment, we begin the agreed repair. Completed repair services include a one-year warranty on the work performed. Unrelated failures caused by age, wear, impact, or water exposure are reviewed separately.
Certified Pre-Owned Watches
Every pre-owned watch is authenticated and receives the service its condition requires. Ask about the condition, service performed, and Prestige Watches & Jewelry warranty for the individual watch; some consignment pieces have clearly disclosed warranty exceptions.
