Vagarshak “George” Agasiev, our master watchmaker, brings over 30 years of watchmaking experience to each of your repairs. His Omega service certificates are showcased in our Parker store. Talk with him about a watch that has stopped, an heirloom you want to wear again, or how to care for a newly purchased watch.
Visit our store to discuss a repair, or send photos through the online watch repair intake form before sending the watch in. You’ll work with our family and team from the first question through the completed repair.

Mail-In Watch Repair
Use our Watch Repair Intake page to send photos and describe the problem before shipping. We’ll review your request, provide instructions when inspection is appropriate, and quote the work after examining the watch.
After inspection, quote approval, we begin the agreed repair. Once repairs are complete, we take payment. Completed repair services include a one-year warranty on the work performed. Unrelated failures caused by age, wear, impact, or water exposure are reviewed separately.
Certified Pre-Owned Watches
Every pre-owned watch is authenticated and receives the service its condition requires. Feel free to ask us about the condition, service performed, and Prestige Watches & Jewelry warranty for the individual watch; some consignment pieces have clearly disclosed warranty exceptions.
