Prestige Watches Return Policy

Our policy is valid for 14 calendar days for all new watches, and 3 calendar days for all pre-owned watches from the date of delivery. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 3/14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund. All watch band sales are final, and can’t be returned.

 

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • The product is defective upon arrival,
  • The product must be in the original packaging,
  • The product must be unused,
  • The product must not be damaged.

To ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund, but can offer you store credit instead.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@prestigewatches.store.

Shipping items

To return an order, you must contact us first. Returns can be mailed to 12543 S Parker Rd, Parker, CO 80134. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@prestigewatches.store and send your item to 12543 S Parker Rd, Parker, CO 80134.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
